JOTT - Special Edition - Roadside Relics

No blog of a drive across country would be complete without a collection of photos of the old cars I encountered along the way. At least no blog of mine... The way I'll do this is I'll note where I saw the car, and to the best of my ability without ready access to my library of car books to verify, I'll try to give the year and make of the car. Contrary to the way I've organized my posts in the past, the location will precede the photo, while the identification of the car will be below the photo.

We start in Garrett, IL.

  3. From first glance, I think this: "no idea, but I can narrow it down to a late 1950s - 1960s European sports car." is either an Austin Healey, or an Aston Martin (of the James Bond Goldfinger variety).
